Who owns the website and the domain?
Your domain is registered in your name and your content is yours, always, on every plan. On our Standard plan you own the site outright from the day you sign. On Managed there is no build fee, so we own and run the site itself until you buy it — and you can buy it whenever you like. Either way, if you leave we hand over everything and help you move. The pricing page lays both out.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no contract and no minimum term. On our Standard plan you cancel with 30 days' notice, which is the window we use to hand over your files and move your domain. On Managed it ends at the end of the month you have already paid for. You keep your domain and your content either way.
What does it cost?
Two plans. Standard is $1,000 to build, split half at signing and half at go-live, then $149 a month. Managed has no build fee at all and runs $249 a month. No contract on either one. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
How long until my site is live?
You see a mockup before you pay anything. Once you approve and sign, your site is live within a week.
What does the monthly rate cover?
Two things. The work aimed at your customers: a monthly win-back email to everyone overdue for a visit, sent from your own business address, with a one page report of who came back; automated review requests after a visit; and Google Business Profile upkeep. And the work under the site: hosting, SSL, daily backups, security and software updates, uptime monitoring, content updates up to an hour each month, and a monthly check-in. If your hours change or you add a service, send it over.
I already have a website. Can you take it over?
Yes. We rebuild it properly on our stack and migrate your domain and content. That work is included in setup.
Do you only work with businesses near you?
We work face to face across central Indiana and central Ohio, and everything also works over a call, a text, or a screen share. Small businesses nationwide are welcome.
