Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the content is yours. If you ever leave, we hand over everything and help you move.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The service runs twelve months to start, then month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. You keep your domain and your content either way.
How long until my site is live?
You see a mockup before you pay anything. Once you approve and sign, your site is live within a week.
What does the monthly rate cover?
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, security and software updates, uptime monitoring, content updates up to an hour each month, and a monthly check-in. If your hours change or you add a service, send it over.
I already have a website. Can you take it over?
Yes. We rebuild it properly on our stack and migrate your domain and content. That work is included in setup.
Do you only work with businesses near you?
We are based in Indiana and work with small businesses nationwide. Everything happens over a call, a text, or a screen share.
